So far so good! I apply this on in the am and pm easily. My signs and symptoms of menopause have reduced dramatically. I am super sensitive to the normal hormone cream and have had no side effects or bad reactions to it.

Just ordered my second jar! When used consistently, this works great! Keeps my mood in check and hot flashes and night sweats way down! The jar lasted a very long time! This product has really good ingredients and easy to use! Highly recommend!

I gave 5 stars at this point based not on how it works (I’ll update that info after 30 days about Sept 23, 2024), but on all other aspects. ✅It only took 4 days to ship to me, ✅ it has an expiration date on bottom of container, ✅ packaging has a QR scan code to conveniently go to their website, ✅ comes with a spoon to conveniently get the salve out without it getting under your fingernails and going to waste, ✅ it only takes a very little amount of product so it will last longer, ✅ personally, I really like the smell but I can see where others may not - it’s not strong at all - very light,✅ I personally like it’s salve consistency opposed to a cream consistency, ✅ it was sealed and packaged very well, ✅ the ingredients are great and supportive of menopause symptoms. Hopefully over the next 30 days or so, I’ll notice a difference in my menopause hot flashes, and belly bloat that I’m using DMSO, caster oil, and yam salve with a belly wrap on daily…. I am however taking a Yam supplement capsule on a daily basis to try to help with the hot sweats. It's almost like vaseline. It smells delicious, a clean green smell. And it does work for me. That said, mine separated into a gritty mess. I can still use it, I just have to rub harder to get it to dissolve. Hopefully that won't happen with my next jar. I do find this more effective than the creams I've tried, so I am sticking with it.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered this. The first 2 jars were great and worked great. This jar has a gritty texture and is hard to rub on the skin. The scent is different as well. Not sure if it's old product or if this batch just didn't turn out well.

This stuff is amazing and lasts for months. I have had HORRID periods all my life, but as a menstruating woman, this has made my worst bleeding days a breeze and even my husband was shocked when “Aunt Flo” came around. “Aren’t you usually more moody? That’s always my sign to go shopping for you.” No moodiness, no cramps (like ACTUALLY no cramps), and I could actually go to work today on my worst day whereas I normally have to stay home for pain and fear of an accident, which has happened, unfortunately.ITS ALL TRUE and it also smells amazing and soaks right into the skin.

I love this product. I think it has helped with hot flashes and even if it hasn’t, the scent is wonderful and calming. One improvement would be to make it into a stick you can rub/roll on instead of a pot you have to scoop from. It would be so much easier to use. Thanks for your consideration

As a 22 yo I brought this product to help with hormonal acne and menstrual cramps. As I have been using this product regularly then not using it during my cycle week. I have had worse cramps and have missed 2 cycles out the last 4-5 months of using this product. Not saying this product may help with others during there cycles, it’s has not helped with mine!Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this to menstruating women
