Not too sweet, easy to eat

A very tasty icing.
Another great Betty Crocker product. I used this as a filling (along with a layer of jam) and a topping on a Betty Crocker Velvety Vanilla cake mix. I can't abide the sickly fatness of butter cream, so this, makes a very good alternative. I used half as a filling, then the other half as the topping. Spread a thin layer on the top of the cake, to 'seal' it, then put the remaining icing in a microwave for 10 seconds, give it a stir, then pour over the top. (Photo). The icing itself has a very smooth vanilla flavour. It's 69% sugar. With the remaining ingredients mainly being palm fat and water. Not exactly healthy, but a tasty occasional treat.
