This is an excellent product, and I really hope Califia continues to make it. Many barista-style oat milks and non-dairy creamers rely on phosphates to keep the fats emulsified, but this is one of the few I’ve found that doesn’t use them. Despite that, it’s still very creamy and froths beautifully in my espresso machine. The fact that it's also organic is a nice bonus. It also scores highly on the Yuka app, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend giving this a try.

I'm not able to find the organic barista blend in my local stores so I've had to settle for the non-organic one. So I'm very happy to find this! Thick and creamy, froths well, tastes delicious.

I bought this because of reviews on how this is the best oat milk if you drink iced coffee. It's aiiiight, not all that. I give it 3/5. Y'all hyped it up a lil too much lol

The worst oatmilk taste ever. I normally buy with vanilla or regular the blue carton… this ORGANIC white carton style GROSS 🤢

I ordered 1 carton just to try it out. I use oatmilk strictly for my coffee. The taste and consistency were very watery. But to be fair when I received the oatmilk the milk container looked like it had been involved in a fight! The container was soft and mushy and the top seems of the container were barely glued down because of the condition of the rest of the carton! Whatever happened to the container may have affected the taste and quality of the milk. I don’t have money to waste so I won’t order it from this site ever again!
