I use this eye gel at least once a day, usually morning and evening. I find it very refreshing to use as an around the eye wash and doesn't sting.

I like it after using it two months it really sooth the eyelids and cleans them very well and It didn't irritated me at all totally recommend it for blepharitis/demodex/rosacea patience/MGD

My lash line was itchy, so I purchased this product for its antibacterial properties. After the very first use, it felt significantly better. However, after four days of daily use (morning and evening), my eyelids started to feel uncomfortable. I believe it dried out the skin. I now use it once every few days, and it has helped me a lot.

Excellent product. Used twice, the pain, itching, redness is gone.

This is, I suppose, on the less-enthusiastic end of 4 star reviews. I love Noveha's little individually wrapped wipes, having so far used their tea tree oil variety, also tea tree oil and coconut. Those are just super refreshing on the eyes in a way this pump cleanser is not, strictly speaking. I've learned to rinse very thoroughly after usin this gel cleanser and before opening my eyes, so that there is only slight or - usually - no stinging. No complaints there. As far as efficacy, I'm not sure I notice much of a difference. Both pads and cleanser leave me feeling more clean and reaching a bit less for the drops during the day. The gel cleanser may be the more practical value-conscious option. I've been using it 4-5 of 7 days for a month now and the bottle still feels pretty full - you just need a tiny pump for each eye. But I might always have a stash of the wipes because when I wake and my eyes really feel like they need something soothing and invigorating, the gel isn't that.

Very mild, but effective eyelid "rim" cleaner. I use it daily and like it far better than the baby shampoo I had been using. Very easy to dispense just a litte gel, so there is no waste. Better for the environment than individually wrapped wipes.
