Q: Will this have cross platform with WiiU?

This hasn't been confirmed, but it's highly unlikely as this version has new modes and pokemon that aren't in the WiiU Version. I think if it had cross play it would have been announced by now.

Q: Does it come the Shadow Mewtwo amiibo card?

No it doesn't however you'll be able to play as Shadow Mewtwo in the game.
