This is a lifesaver for when my lower back is acting up! I even use it on the top portion of my foot when it starts hurting after long periods of activities. It’s lightweight and the battery life lasts a very long time! You are bound to find the right massage setting for your needs. I have gifted this as well and they totally loved it as it relieved their back and knee pain.

I purchased this device to keep in my purse or gym bag. So I was very happy that it was so compact in size but still met my needs for post workout muscle strain. I have horrible headaches sometimes following upper body workouts so this has helped with reducing the number of headaches. I will say I wish the adhesive pads would stick better. Even after showering and completely drying the areas they still do not stick as well as I was hoping. But overall the device works well and work the money. Also be careful when storing the device as the ON button will get hit and drain the device. This has happened to me twice now and not at the best times but the device does recharge quickly.

The settings are complicated. There are definitely a BUNCH of settings but it's too difficult to figure out how to set it up to get the most benefit

We bought this electric stim machine from Amazon because we are in our 70's and both have sore backs and necks. It's called a TENS MACHINE .We worked in Chiropractic office for over 21 years and although it's smaller than the ones the Dr.'s use. it gets the job done. We use it all the time now that we are retired. Make sure to read all the instructions before use. When the pads no longer stick, you can reorder just the pads from Amazon.

Bought this due to ongoing back problems and let me tell you, this has possibly saved my life. 30 minutes hooked up using the dual channel and my back felt as good as new. Overall a very good product. Pads that came with the device are solid enough, very sticky. Has a lot of different options for functionality, my only wish was that it could do multiple programs and randomize the pattern. Love the portability with the rechargable battery, goes everywhere with me. Overall a great value for the money! Highly recommend.

Purchased two units to give as gifts. Recipients have been pleased, AFAIK, with one commenting that it was great for his sore muscles. Easy to use and very intuitive.

I’ve owed quite a few TENS units throughout the years. My husband even currently owns one of another brand. While it works, I feel as if it’s over complicated. Not only does this unit work well, it’s not complicated to use. I also like that it saves your previous setting so all you need to do is place the electrodes, increase the intensity and start enjoying your stim. I recently had 2 ribs removed from my thoracic outlet and this TENS has been a life saver, specifically on my shoulder blade. What tops it off, it comes with a carrying case so I can bring it with me on the go. It’s definitely worth the purchase and I highly recommend this TENS unit.

I used this device for several hours daily however, the unit only lasted 5 months before the intensity control buttons (+ and -) ceased to function on both A and B controls. I gave 3 stars as the unit performed pretty well for its initial cost during its short life but it took some time to get used to all the "modes". Actually, it probably has too many modes. I'm not sure that I will purchase this unit again but I will be purchasing another TENS device. I plan to contact NURSAL to see if they would be willing to replace my device. If they do, I will post an update.
