Excellent item tastes lovely mixes good

I have been using AB'S for a couple of years and I certainly feel that I have fine gains and excellent recovery by using them. I usually take a mixture togethwr with himalaya salt and hiney while I'm working out.

Works as it should, flavour is great and definitely value for money. Only suggestion when you mix it with water is stair fast as it can become clumpy.

Works four me in gym

Really nice flavour, I add a few electrolytes and it's a perfect intra workout drink.

I use while I train ..and I felt it gave me a good boost of energy an was able to train slightly harder .

Bought this as the price difference between this and the sneak is quite big. It's easy enough to make and the taste isn't bad at all, got the raspberry from Amazon but prefer the blue raspberry which we got from a high street store (for cheaper).

Tastes great and was easy to get through the whole tub, wasn't one of those flavours you get bored of half way through
