This is the replacement stapler they sent & when I opened it to load staples the piece flew out rendering the stapler inoperable...no easy way to reinstall. The first stapler received had the same piece just floating inside. Very disappointed. The outside seems sturdy, but the internal pieces are flimsy & not well constructed. This item needs a quality review & revision before selling! Lots of potential though

Edit: A representative from the company reached out and immediately sent me a new stapler and it worked perfectly! It must've been a fluke for the first one. The customer service was wonderful! I got this stapler to blend in with my home office desk in my guest bedroom, and it does not work!! Every time I try to use it, it jams up. I have yet to be able to successfully staple even 2 pieces of paper together. Super disappointed!
