Useful for therapy and increasing hand grip and finger strength
Doctor recommended for therapy for my elderly mother who had broken her finger bones. Ball is soft and can be used under luke warm water for exercises. Very helpful. Container of ball broke in transit, but is needed to keep the ball clean.
