Lowbrow Customs 2741 Black 4" Barrel Seat Spring (Perfect for Ironhead, Panhead, Shovelhead, or Custom Applications)

Good price, excellent quality. Not as hard to install as you think. A standard Craftsman wrench fit (albeit snugly) in between the spring so you can tighten the nut on your seat. A deep well socket, however, will not fit through the hole in the end. It's ok, you only have to install these guys once so... Again, I thought it would be harder anyway. Great looking on the bike, very nice quality paint on these and the tension is just right. Overall completely happy with these!

Great look. Great Quality. I went from a rigid with the seat mounted directly to the frame (a rigid rigid) to welding mounts to the frame to accommodate the springs - definitely absorbs just the right amount of shock on LA roads (that would go right to my back) and still look low, mean, and custom. Some of my friends said I should have gotten the silver/chrome, but with 2 inch barrels it's up to you because you probably won't see much of them anyway.

The springs are really nice, glossy black. Haven't put 'em on yet, waiting for my seat. My only complaint was the packaging. the box wasn't even taped, just folded in, and the bag inside holding the springs was half-open. Good thing there wasn't anything else in the bag or it would have been lost. Other than that, they're decent and worth the price.

2" is so short that as soon as I sit on my seat the springs are 95% compressed. I'm 180#. I'm going to order 3" springs before riding season. Nothing wrong with the product. Probably better for a small man or woman.

Just what I was looking for. Seem stiff enough for a fatty like me (280), but I haven't taken the bike for a spin yet.

Quality seems good, and springs seems strong. They get the job done.

Great springs!! I used to bottom out my old ones.. But these are heavy duty.. Good job. Would recommend!!
