I like these tools. I am a licensed massage therapist, sometimes it's hard for me to get massages for myself when I need one. I have one of these that is larger but these trigger point balls help me when I need a smaller tool to work on a smaller area of the body. You can also use these if you have Plantar Fasciitis problems. The spikey points of the ball break up the fascia that creates the pain. Very easy to use and very useful.

As a massage therapist these are some of the best I’ve ever used! They keep their shape & stay firm. They are great for plantar fasciitis since they don’t deflate at all!

The product is solid, the question is for how long. I was going to purchase 10 sets at first then decided it may not have a film on the outside preventing it from eventually breaking apart.They seem solid; however, I wouldn't sell it to my clients just yet. The case is functional for use around the body & holding the balls in place. The draw string is sturdy enough. The only CON for me as a Bodyworker for potential resale is the lack of film or protective coating.

The balls turned out to be very hard, not soft like the usual lymphatic massage balls. They came in a case with very long strings, which made it impossible to fasten and use properly. For those looking for hard balls, this is an excellent price/quality combination. I’m rating this product 3 out of 5 stars.
