Does this spray contain alcohol? Not sure what "neutral alcohol" actually means. Can anybody clarify please?

I am not sure what neutral alcohol is either but let me tell you this. While I was home this past winter months I got bronchitis and a sore throat from____.  I could not swallow and my daughter-in-law put some of this down my throat and I thought I would throw up.  She then told me to keep using it and finally she gave me the spray of which tastes horrible!  I kept using it with the same horrible taste but a few days later I kept using it because it was getting better.  I had tried everything to get rid of my sore throat but this was the only thing that helped me.  It does feel like some sort of alcohol is in it but not like drinking alcohol.  I promise if you use this product and not give up because of the horrible taste, you will get relief.  I bought some to replace what I used while home but I am not sure I can get it here in Turkey where I live.  but I surely will try to find it if my throat gets bad again.  I never want to feel that pain in my throat ever again....this spray will zap it but you must keep using it.  It is not instant.  After the winter was over and I got relief, I put the bottle down and I have not used it since...but winter is coming and if I get a sore throat, I know where my bottle is.  Good luck and God bless.

You can if you want.  I don't and it's good, I used both bottles.
