Does each wheel come with bolts to attach to the car ? What are the best anti theft wheel locks to go with these wheels ? I drive a 99 honda civic ?

Hello, no lug nuts are included with the wheels. For anti-theft purposes, we recommend something with a unique lock key, they typically start around $120 per set.
