I wish this pancakes taste more like sweet potatoes the flavor is light, if it wasn't because of that I would give it 5 stars. Other than that the pancakes are very fluffy which I personally like it.In the picture is just the mix. The second time I actually baked sweet potatoes to mixed it to increase the flavors.

Before I went vegan I used to love "Bruce's" Sweet Potato pancake mix that was available in most every grocery store. I would always buy it if it was on sale. I really missed "Bruce's" until I tried this mix. It is ridiculously easy to make ( just add water) However,, there are also directions for non vegans that involve adding an egg and milk.. I made them on my Griddler . They cooked fast and browned on the outside. Also clean up was easy. You just wash off the bowl you mixed the batter.

Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but this mix is absolutely worth it and a great indulgence for a little weekend brunch. The flavor is amazing, and a little extra cinnamon makes the resulting pancakes melt-in-your-mouth. They were so tasty I still haven't fully convinced myself not to go right back into the kitchen and make and eat a second batch.

Easy to make and cook, my Grandsons love them when they visit.

I ordered the Sweet Potato Pancake mix and was surprised to receive them on such a timely basis as it was out of stock when I placed the order. Upon receipt, I immediately delved into it and the rest is My Story! I enjoyed them immensely! They are very tasty and light.
