I learned about this product when I had to balance the constant dry cough of an elderly relative against the "no more cough drops" advice of her doctor who observed that she was going through drugstore cough drops like so many pieces of candy. The XLEAR cough drops do not have an unpleasant taste, but they don't have an addictive candy-like taste either. I found this out for myself six months ago when I decided to six boxes for myself and my wife. I keep mine within arm's reach of my computer desk, just as I always did with the drugstore drops, and I initially expected the same usage. After I take one, I don't need to reach for a second or third drop. Maybe it's the taste, maybe it's the medicinal property of the XLEAR drops; either way, I get quick relief and go through significantly fewer cough drops than before. Given that my wife hasn't asked me to reorder for a while, I'd have to conclude that her experience is the same.

These black cherry cough drops taste and work great, they taste a thousand times better than the honey lemon flavor but I won't be buying them again after they jacked the price up so much, $10 is astronomical for a small 30 pack box of throat lozenges, give me a break!!! Robert's Wife

These, suggested by my dental hygienist who gave me samples,worked well, tasted fine, and are now my new first choice over former sugar free ricola, though I stll use them too.

Heard about these on a radio program that promotes preventative health care, not traditional. They work very well. A little more expensive, but other cough drops don't work and are full of sug and other fillers.

Since I’m ill I have to shop online. I chose these because they have a natural sugar that helps teeth, but it takes forever to get them. I should buy sooner I guess. They taste ok, helps some for my throat but. Really the only reason I choose these is ingredients are healthy. Tried cherry, but like the lemon better.

I've been using the spray for years and was very glad to see that they are making cough drops. These taste good, are not overly sweet and soothed my throat for a few hours after one lozenge.

I like the fact that they are sugar free, but still have an excellent flavor.

Product is as it says, I gave it a 4 because the shipping did take longer than expected
