I've been wearing a pair of larger gauge hoops from this vendor for the better part of a year, and just got the new ones that sit behind those in. The springball captive bead makes installing and removing jewelry a lot more simple than having to find my ring spreading pliers. 5 out of 5 stars. Does exactly what it says on the tin!

Good cheap PA daily jewelry. Not quiiiite as heavy as my expensive ones but good value/price. The captive bead stays in place well so far. I have been wearing my expensive ones for years but for $12 bucks if I get a few months out if it Im happy.

Excellent purchase looks great happy with size and price

The weight to the hoop is nice. It really has helped achieved the goal of stretching my ear. However, it was very difficult to get the ball between the ends of the hoop. I was able to get the ball in there with alot of work, but the ball is not sitting in the correct way where the small balls sit in the pre-made holes in the hoop. I cannot get it out and my next step to remove the earring is bolt cutters. No one, including piercers, have been able to remove the ball so that I can change the hoop out.

The diameter was a bit bigger than I was expecting, but it's a 0G like advertised. Good bit of heft to it and feel durable. My only "complaint" is the spring loaded captive bead is a fair challenge to get in, so I'll probably not bother with the bead too often. But if you're looking for a cheap weighted ring, this is a good option.

I got my last 00g PA 20 years ago, a different brand, it costs 45 dollars back then. I have wanted a captive bead type and have had bad luck finding a quality one. This one is perfect, its heavy 316L real deal stainless. It has precision tooling and works perfectly. The ball fits perfect, which is where the tooling errors sometimes cause failure. I still have my 20 year old 00g horseshoe and its still usable even after 20 years of daily use. I expect this one will last 20 years too, it really is that good. I might buy another as a back up in case I ever lose this one. It's unreal that I found one so inexpensive after so long trying.
