Is this cooc?

Absolutely not !!   I confirmed that with California Olive Ranch several months ago, and you can do the same if you have any doubts (contact them through their website).  It used to be certified COOC, but not now.  This is the Destination Series, which is a blend of California Olive Ranch oils and other foreign olive oils from Italy, etc.  The Everyday Series, which is no longer available, was 100% from California olives, which is one of the requirements to be COOC certified.  From my correspondence with California Olive Ranch, I am confident this is still a quality olive oil, based on the other oils they source, but I prefer California olives.  So I am holding off purchases for now.

Question 2

Does it have a produced or picked date on the bottle.

Mine shows a harvest date of 2017-2018, which is more than a little imprecise, though perhaps in line with the notion that "California Olive Ranch" olive oil is now sourced from "carefully selected partner growers" in California, Argentina, Chile and Portugal.   There is such a long tradition of adulteration in the internationally sourced olive oil trade that I no longer believe I can trust the brand;  although it was "all California" for a while, in my opinion- alas! -- there is now no certainty for the consumer about where it was sourced.  Lindsay Olive oil, according to its label, is still sourced in California, so I'm experimenting with switching to that brand, which is also available at my local Publix.

What % of acidity does this have?

Virgin olive oil is produced using the same method as extra virgin olive oil, but does not meet the strict chemical and sensory standards. Typically virgin olive oil has an acidity value of less than 2% as compared to an extra virgin olive oil of less than 0.5%.
