It sticks to the latex paint very well, and the kids like it very much. After practicing for a while, I broke out in a sweat. I am very satisfied with it. The quality and workmanship are also good, and the sound quality is also good. I also got a pair of gloves as a gift, which is very good!

It's fun. It took a while to figure out. The instructions are not very clear. The installation comes with velcro to stick to the wall and on the boxing machine. It sticks well. The charging lasts for a long time but I'm not convinced about breaking a sweat!. I'm using it with the kids as a fun activity but not a workout. I was a little disappointed with the size because the pictures looks bigger then what is actually is. Overall, it works well but I wouldn't recommend this for a workout.

My wife had been asking me about a music boxing machine. I looked into them and thought it might be fun for our family. I had the opportunity to get this one and my wife was so excited when it arrived. The boxing machine itself looks okay. The instructions that came with it were very basic and gave very little guidance. It is mounted to the wall with two strips of adhesive Velcro. One set of strips was longer than the other so we took time to measure the shortest and tallest users to pick the right height to mount the Velcro strips to the wall. We were very precise and took our time. We tried it out after we had it mounted and it was pretty underwhelming. We called it a night and decided we would try to figure out how to use it better on our own because the instructions weren’t a whole lot of help for a beginner. Two days later the Velcro strips had failed and the device fell to the floor. It needs better mounting options.What I like about this boxing machine: It looks fairly durable (and survived the fall to a hard floor). The battery is rechargeable with a USB-C cable. It came with a pair of boxing gloves that worked okay for all members of our family.What I didn’t like: The instructions are fairly useless. It didn’t stay on the wall for even a week. It is very loud and if it has volume controls I did not get that far. It does not offer mounting options other than adhesive Velcro strips. There are not any mounting holes to screw it to the wall or a stand. The sounds it makes are pretty obnoxious.Overall I would say look for another music boxing machine. Try to find one that has multiple mounting options. I would also try to find a brand that has a robust website with instruction guides and support. This was a major disappointment for us and will probably end up in a landfill.

Not only is this super useful, but it is very fun, very well-made, strong and durable set up, was very easy and painless, and just following the instructions was a breeze for anyone in boxing or just wanting a quick little workout. This is something super fun to have five stars.

The photo of them using this with a baby sleeping is ridiculous lol - this thing is not quiet at all.The instructions and bluetooth are really difficult to figure out. I have some games figured out, but I'm pretty sure I haven't yet found some of the settings.It's much smaller in person, I don't know why the photos make it look so huge. It's only about 17 inches diameter.I don't like the mounting options, which is just velcro and adhesive.It's really not ideal to punch something that's mounted to the wall, where there is no give. If you misjudge your distance or reach, you could hurt yourself.Given these issues, I may decide to figure out my own mounting options. I may mount it to a board and put some foam squares behind it, for a secure fit but also to give it a little give.I still like this thing, though. It's a lot of fun and gets your heart rate up pretty quickly.

So far the adhesives do a great job of staying up with no problem. This machine also seems able to take big hits without causing any damage to the wall or machine. This machine is rechargeable with the USB cable that comes with it as well. So this machine comes with everything you need.I personally think that is a really fun work out. Not only is it enjoyable, but It will also make you sweat. I love it!

The media could not be loaded.  This is our new favorite toy in our home. It's amazing that it's considered a workout machine because we all get excited to use it. Within 10 minutes your heart rate is up and u are literally working on arms , abs, hand eye coordination, and your stamina . Type c charger cord comes with it but with it attached to wall I suggest getting a 10ft cord and keep it near it. It came full battery and lasted almost 2 weeks before needing to charge again. I the love the MMA gloves. They meet standard specs. And fit most hand sizes
