This ones, shipped directly from South America to your door, are alfajores that you'd buy at any kiosco in the streets of Buenos Aires. Fresh product and a great price, even cheaper than any local store in the states I recommend buying here than any other place. This review is for a box of 6 and half the price tag I usually paid for it on my local argentinian bakery.

Very good alfajores, but way to expensive. Good for once in a while kind of thing.

First off, I didn't realize these were coming from out of the country. They took weeks to arrive! When I got them, the individual cookies were removed from the main packaging. The alfajores themselves were terrible. They were DRY! It was as if they were frozen, thawed, then put in a fridge, then warmed again, over and over and over. The chocolate coating and the cookie inside were a crumbly mess. I threw them away, I couldn't even eat them. What a complete waste of money! I've had this brand before, bought at a local market, and they were good. The quality of these was POOR. Better off finding a local market that has these in stock.

We loved those tasty treats. Arrived fresh and well packed from Buenos Aires in few days, all for a very attractive price. Highly recommend, indeed.
