Does not work with app in UK
Can't be paired with the app in the UK. The device is not supported in the UK Not returnable using Amazon returns but returns are possible if you contact the supplier. If you don't need the app it's a good blood pressure meter

Great Monitor!
The OMRON Gold Blood Pressure Monitor is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use device for tracking their blood pressure. One of the standout features is its ability to store three days’ worth of readings, which is incredibly helpful if you forget to log your numbers right away—perfect for keeping consistent records for your doctor. The monitor itself is simple to use, with clear instructions and a straightforward interface that makes checking your blood pressure quick and hassle-free. The cuff fits comfortably, and the automatic inflation ensures accurate readings without discomfort. Another bonus is that it’s not too bulky, making it a great option for travel. It easily fits into a bag or suitcase, so you can keep up with monitoring your health even on the go. Overall, the OMRON Gold is a dependable, user-friendly blood pressure monitor that offers convenience and accuracy in a sleek, travel-friendly design. Highly recommend!

So Far So Good; I think I'll Like It
My BP monitor came day before yesterday. The first several times I used it, the monitor neither remembered previous readings, nor sent current readings to the Omron app via Bluetooth, and I was ready to return the monitor. Suddenly that all changed, and it began to work as it should. I've used the monitor several times since, without a hitch. Do these monitors need a start-up as mine appeared to? I don't know. For now, it appears to work perfectly. I'll edit this review in a month or so. The monitor's display is easy to read, as is the app. The app also has space to write short notes with readings. BP values are colour coded, making it easy to see if the BP is normal, or otherwise. I have an intermittent, non-threatening, irregular heart beat; if detected during a reading, it's recorded. With the reading, the app includes a double heart to show the irregularity. The monitor can't determine what caused the irregularity, only that it's present. In Playstore, it states that in-app purchases cost $4.99 - $174.99. I found nothing that would cost only $4.99; however, Premium costs $12.99 per month ($174.99 annually). I can't see that Premium is necessary. Others have noted that the Omron app stores our records remotely, on Omron servers. I also don't like that. Unfortunately, all (or most) similar apps work this way. My solution: I used a pseudonym for my name. I also used an old email that I no longer regularly use. What I did isn't perfect, but it provides a small degree of anonymity. Other than the user's country of residence, I can't see that the app collects other location information.
