I’ve been using this product for about a year and I absolutely love it. First off it doesn’t leave my mouth blue so huge bonus right out of the gate. I notice a little more energy and more focus. I do take medication for adhd but don’t want to increase the dosage and hope to eventually titrate down and get off of that. I also take an antidepressant and have not had any adverse side effects. I work outside and have always had trouble staying properly hydrated. This caused me to get frequent urinary tract infections. Taking this product has helped prevent that. I’m not completely sure if it is from the antibacterial and antimicrobial properties or if I am just more aware of my hydration levels because of whatever shade of blue/green urine I have throughout the day. Either way it’s a huge win for me since it was not the reason I initially started using this product. Over the past year I have also noticed an improvement in my skin but I can’t say for sure it is from this product as I use a ton of different face creams and serums. However I do feel like it is an important contributor in my overall routine. I recently accidentally got off for about two weeks and definitely noticed I was missing something. I won’t let that happen again.

I knew what methylene blue was because I grew up on a small farm. We used it for hoof problems and other ailments. I eventually became a traditional medical provider. Methylene blue showed up again in a prescription medicated patch that healed serious foot ulcers in people. Hmmm. Then a patient with an apparently long haul illness told me she had been prescribed methylene blue by a naturopath and was feeling much better. Hmmm again. I am deeply interested in longevity and in recent reading I came across methylene blue once more: as a longevity protector. I bought Blue Boost but didn’t take it right away…I wanted to be entirely certain that I knew side effects and drug interactions that could arise. Then I read a couple of books about this substance and realized it is likely safe. It has important drug interactions that users need to be aware of. But all in all: this is a wonderful product. P.S. I also have been using red light for awhile and bought that book, too. I am delighted to know that red light and MB are synergistic. Update: I took a full bottle of this Nutricel product and was thrilled with it. Then, being thrifty, I decided to try a less expensive form of methylene blue, a liquid. It had almost no effect, and clearly minimal absorption. Now I am back buying more of the Nutricel -- it is better absorbed. I felt better, my body worked better while taking Nutricel. Love it.

It seems to me the strength on these tablets are rather strong. I am recently switching from the liquid drops due to the staining issues, to these tablets. With the liquid drops, I did 10 drops in a glass of water every morning. My pee would only be blue green for only 24 hours. With these tablets, it's still blue green several days later. Wondering if anybody else has had that issue, and if perhaps I should take one tablet every other day, or every three days. Other than that, I love methylene blue, has worked wonderfully for me on my mood, mental clarity, and energy.

Love this stuff. Works amazing. Biggest benefit I see is if im completely exhausted, a single dose will wake me right up due to how it enhances your bloods ability to carry more oxygen. This really helps with ADHD issues and I take this for its dopamine balancing benefits.

This stuff is terrible, as are the other brands of this same product. I must have been crazy to order this. And...once I got it I knew that I must be crazy to take it. I did, though. I took one recommended dose and that was too much! Let's go back to basics: what is this stufff? By that I mean what was its purpose in being formulated way back in the 19th Century? It was made to dye Mr. Levi's jeans blue!!! That's what! It is blue jean dye. And it looks, acts, and tastes just like what that is. In other words it tastes really, really BAD!!! Once I had this stuff in my mouth I knew it was no bueno but went through with the experiment anyway. The single dose did nothing at all for me and I hope didn't ruin any organs inside me. The darn stuff stains everything it touches. One other thing about this--and this is crucially important--this product has life-threatening qualities when taking it with certain other medications. What are they all? No one can say for sure what the fatal or serious side effects might be when taken with one of the myriad of drugs and non-prescription drugs out there. It's a complete gamble! This is also highly risky to take for certain people who have one of the health conditions on the list or not YET on the list. I, for one, am never going to take this again nor will I do anything other than relate this opinion of mine to all my friends and relatives.

Take this every day. Lots of energy. But be aware it does give blue ring around toilet.

I guess the quality is very good it being Pharm grade but the capsules are not all filled.
