A very good 👍 item . Can hold them in different sections for confort and resistance. Easy to use, especially for me (a woman.) I use it daily. No muss, no fuss.

I bought this item and the first time that I used it, it broke, I send it back and got a replacement, but again broke again. I think this item is made with very cheap material..

This is a very nice sturdy band. It has lots of openings to grasp for adding more or less resistance. Small enough to carry and use on the go.

I watch the Walk At Hime videos on YouTube and they use these. I had to have one. It does not disappoint. The Elasticity. The color- I have black. I don’t find it sticky as some review have said. Overall. I’d give it a 10/10.

This exercise band is good for resistance training. I purchased it in early March 2023 to replace an old one that had stretched out (over several years of use). I used the band for the exercises (2-3 times a week) in Leslie Sansone's Miracle Miles DVD and followed her directions exactly. The band worked well for just over a month and then it ripped open and was unusable. I messaged the company through Amazon and they responded quickly and sent out a new band immediately. I have been using the new band for 6 months and it is working great. I gave this 4 stars because of the issue with the original band but I have been very happy with the replacement and the fact that the company responded quickly and replaced with a quality produce.

I unwrapped this, and thought "They have got to be kidding!" It is jelly plastic, destined to break with very little use. Doesn't even offer much resistance. You're better off with a quality set of resistance bands, which is what I'll be using. Not worth the trouble of returning, for 20+ bucks, but WAH should be embarrassed to be marketing this.

I like these silicone workout bands. They are comfortable to have in the hand, you can tighten them up by grabbing the next ring in, and they store nicely. I have a ton of resistance bands and tubes (and those great stretchy material bands too), but as silly as this might seem, I like having the variety/choice to mix it up. Each type of band gives a different feel and use to the muscles, so this ring band offers a fun and comfortable change.

The selling points of this resistance band are misleading. Designed to withstand any workout routine? Yeah, right...I am low key angry that they keep sending me junk. I bought off brand first, it lasted a whopping 4 months before the center ring tore. Then I bought this to replace my miracle miles band. It lasted a whopping 4 DAYS before the center ring tore. I sent it back for replacement and the one they sent has a defect in the center rings that looks like it will rip before to long. I don't abuse the product nor do I step on it like Leslie Sensors says to do but they are sadly junk. I say buy off brand and save a couple bucks, and maybe last for a few months instead of a few days. In this economy it's ridiculous, no one can afford to replace gear every week. Walk at home just isn't the same since Leslie Sansone disappeared (I'm assuming she retired). Change is inevitable, but they could at least keep a bit of quality.

This is a great product to use for upper and lower body work outs. The ring shapes are great to increase tension so that you aren't buying multiple pieces. The Walk at Home program is a great place to start your w/o and work towards the advanced programs where I am now in 3 months. This is a safe and well instructed program for anyone wanting to get fit!

Received this item a few days after purchase. As a stretch band, it is a lot easier that those single piece resistance bands as the loops allow you to hold at different areas and provides for a good grip, for many resistance exercises. Also, if you follow the exercises by Walk At Home, these bands are perfect!
