Debangana Saha was excellent in helping me with the product support after 1 year when I called for an issue. Even a company like Jaguar takes 72 hours to call you but this company and this person called me within 1 hour of filing a complaint. Superb turn around time for the solution also.

Good Product and works as expected
The hair dryer is perfect and works well. It looks sturdy as well. Looks good on the wall too. Once fixed by drilling into the wall then it is tamper-proof. Need to have a 2-pin plug point nearby to connect as the wire is of short length. it has 3-settings , 1-cool and 2-warm/hot air.
