TIp top toes
This is the second pair of toe sox I have ordered- previously I ordered the black and decided to get another pair in purple. I am a size 8 and ordered the medium and they fit perfectly. The size guide on the packet recommends - x small- size 3- 5.5 womens or 3-4.5 mens.Small size 6 -8 womens, 5 -7 mensMedium 8.5- 10.5 womens, 7.5- 9.5 mensLarge 11-13 womens and 10-12 mens.If you are a half size I would recommend the next size up .Again wonderful comfortable product, grips really well and stops me slipping like a newbie eel on my yoga mat. Worth every penny and people keep asking me where I got them as they think the look so cool and I look like I can do yoga just by wearing them :-)The purple is nice - not too full on or wacky looking . Definitely recommended & very fast delivery. .

Best Yoga Socks I've Found
I have several pairs of these and use them for yoga and general floor work requiring one-legged balance positions. They have excellent grip - they keep my feet warm while still allowing my toes to move freely, and they don't bunch up round the ankle. You should probably hand wash them, but I wash them inside out on a delicate machine cycle without problems. The stripes are great, but some more solid colours would be nice too (maybe a dark grey and a navy blue?)Great value for money.

Good yoga socks but not perfect...
These are good yoga socks, and one of the best I've tried but they're not perfect. They help prevent slipping and keep your feet warm. But. The sock material will at times pull and pinch in-between the toes; your foot might be firmly planted in Warrior Pose, pushing in one direction, while the socks have other ideas and dig into your toes in a counter direction. This can be distracting and uncomfortable.I have both versions, toes covered and uncovered and both do this.On balance though, they remain the best solution for keeping my feet warm (I have Reynaud's Disease) and for stopping me slipping most of the time. I have a very good yoga mat, so I can't speak to everyone's experience with 'gripability'. If your mat already has anti-slip properties, these should work.I found them true to size and very well made.

Horrible socks
I bought these because of the reviews and they seemed like a good idea. However, as soon as I put them on I thought they might not turn out to be as good as the reviews. As soon as I went into a wide leg pose they felt a bit unstable (nothing dreadful though), but the problem was the pain between my toes! Where they were slipping slightly and twisting just a small amount around my foot they were really tightening around my toes joints. They were so uncomfortable I whipped them off after 5 minutes (mid pose). It was such a relief to get them off. I can honestly say they were money down the drain for me - there is no way I will ever put them on again!

Very useful for early morning yoga sessions
Very useful for early morning yoga sessions, when the room has not warmed up and your bare feet are cold. Fiddly to put on and take off the first time: I've only used them once but will be using them again tomorrow - another early morning session. The silicone pads in the soles provide a good non-slip function that works with the dipples on the yoga mat to prevent sliding when its not wanted. The pads are not on the back on the heal so leg stretches are OK. I did not fancy the all black or bright single-colour soxs: blue/green seem to work well for me.

Photos misleading
The socks do what they say, which is to separate the toes and offer extra grip on the mat, so far (after one yoga session). I found them hard to put on, but no problem with comfort once on. The lack of information about foot sizes is annoying (medium was ok for size 7 feet, or 42). Also the photos are misleading and generic. The striped purple socks (described as purple) are not striped but a single colour (Millett Sports, the supplier, do not offer striped socks). The grip dot pattern is not representative either. Also the prices vary a lot for what is supposed to be the same product except the colour. My "non-striped" purple socks were the most expensive. So look carefully at price details and product description for different colours, rather than relying on the photos and brief information with the photo. I suggest going direct to the supplier rather than using Amazon; at least you know what you will get and how much it will cost.

Love these Yoga socks!
I now have three pairs in different funky colours.Sizing is a bit confusing. I am a size 6 and quite wide feet so a medium is good for me and also they do shrink a bit after washing, especially if you forget to take them out prior to tumble drying but this hasn't ruined them and they need to be a snug fit for Yoga. For my clients I tend to recommend a small if their shoe size is smaller than a 6.

Warm feet and good grip
I simply love them! Not just a pair of toes cut socks. Each toe has a specific length making them very comfortable. The grip is good. Really nice colours. Perfect for home practice where it's a bit cold and my mat is not top grip. But at my class I've been told that some yoga teachers refuse them because of insurance policy. Check that with your teacher.

Great socks for pilates
These are really nice socks for pilates. I prefer toeless socks for all of my pilates workouts and in my opinion, Toesox makes the best toeless socks. The socks grip well and don't seem to wear out, they really hold their shape. I have tried out a couple of different brands of grippy socks for pilates but nothing has compared to Toesox for quality and grip.
