Traditional Medicinals Organic Nettle, 16 Tea Bags

I started drinking this tea mainly for general wellness and joint support, and I honestly enjoy how calming and clean it feels. The flavor is earthy but smooth, especially if you like herbal teas. I usually drink it at night or after long days, and it has become part of my routine. I also like that it’s organic and simple without a lot of unnecessary ingredients. For the price, it feels like a good quality tea to keep at home.

I love this tea. I love Traditional Medicine Teas in general. The description on the box is true. I studied 5 years post grad with David Winston, the Founder of the American Herbal Guild (AHG). When I asked about TM teas he said they were excellent and I should continue to use as appropriate. I love the aroma of these herbs and before I use, I pass my nose an inch or so from the bag and right away a go "aaaH!) and feel so good. What I Strongly dislike is now AMAZON packages orders that contain cardboard boxes. Teas ALWAYS OF LATE ALWAYS COME CRUSHED. The teabags are OK but it takes careful maneuvering and occasionally a broken fingernail to get box where I can put is in my pantry shelf without it falling over.

Cleared my seasonal allergies in a day! Nettle is a natural antihistamine and also great for liver detox and lots of nutrients. I made a pot of it and drank it all day and then some the next morning until it was gone and it cleared my allergies immediately. The taste isnt bad, but if it's to "earthy" adding honey (local preferred) helps with allergies too. Will definitely keep this in stock at all times!

I sure wish it tasted better, because it definitely seems to help with seasonal allergies. I’m a long-time seasonal allergy sufferer from the spring pollen in the southeast and have historically taken loratadine all season long. I wanted to try another route besides OTC antihistamines this year, and a nightly cup of this tea along with a quercetin & nettle leaf supplement seems to be doing the trick. I started both at the first blush of spring to get ahead of it and I’ve been impressed with how little I’ve noticed my allergies. Sometimes I brew a big cup of this with a bag of something else like lemon zinger so I can enjoy the taste more, but it’s not so bad on its own with a little honey, once you get used to it.

I have been brewing it with a green tea bag also and the taste is good!
