Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, 10 Ounce (2-Pack)

My wife has used this stuff for years and it makes the best fried chicken, county fried steak, and country fried pork steak that tastes golden crunchy good. We buy it on Amazon because the grocery doesn't keep enough of it on the shelf.

I baked the chicken thighs on convection with this coating and it came out wonderful.

I finally found a proper Southern seasoned flour for fried chicken. This one thoroughly coats the chicken and stays on, unlike breadcrumbs. It browns up evenly to a golden yellow color and stays on even when I have to hold the chicken in the oven for a while. It is crispy and not greasy. I am a repeat customer.

Very good, but I would’ve liked more spice. This is Not like Kentucky fried chicken seasoning for sure.
