I mean, who doesn't love using cream of mushroom in recipes?
Although I mistakenly bought the larger size this time, it just means that I can make more food to freeze and put away for busy rainy days. I use this in recipes, and it works out well. I have an easy "signature" recipe I use that involves, 1 lb. cooked ground beef, 1 diced onion (yellow) and 1 cup rice (you can use Minute Rice)...cook them all separately and mix them all together with 1/2 a can of this and sprinkle Italian Seasoning and Garlic Salt and voilà! It's basically a mild/bland meal, so picky eaters and kids will love it and it fills the bellies full. It's a fast an easy way to get something on the table and great as leftovers too.
