"......made with flour, sesame oil, honey, rice wine, cinnamon and ginger juice " I lifted this ingredient from another packaged brand (on Amazon), but I would think they are all similar. Homemade recipes may include egg. It may be worth searching for a brand that clearly states their ingredient list.:)
