Nice and small but sound great.

I found that these actually stayed in my ears , no other ear buds have. The sound quality is good for my use. They easily pair and are easy to use. Better instructions would have been useful

I like the size and performance of these but what were they thinking with the woman loudly yelling LOW BATTERY!! no matter what volume you have them set at? She'll wake you up!

I already have some Apple AirPods but needed a cheaper pair of wireless earphones for work & under a helmet. Very impressed at how good the sound quality is, truthfully they sound as good as my AirPods. I haven’t had them long enough to really judge how well they’ll last & it’s battery life capacity however, they’ve held their charge well for the time I’ve had them.They’re a good fit for my ears but I do have quite small ears.The case tells you the battery life of the ear phones but it doesn’t tell you the battery life remaining of the charging case but for the price, you can’t really go wrong with these & they’re cheap to replace.

Very tiny and good secure fit. They stay in well during running and other activities.Very poor touch controls. This is the main reason for the low rating. It's difficult to reliably do simple actions like play/pause/skip/volume etc.It's hard to even tell where the touch point is. I resorted to using the controls on my smart watch instead which shouldn't be required.They sometimes power themselves off while wearing if part of my ear touches the control for long enough. Maybe this won't be a problem for all users depending on personal ear shape?The sound quality & battery life is fine for the price point.

Arrived on time. Finally I have found a pair of earbuds that don't fall out of my ears or cause pain. I am so happy with these. I even forget I have them in and they look really cute. I definitely recommend them for anyone who usually can't cope with ear buds.

I recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store but am experiencing an issue. After charging the case for over an hour with the earbuds inside, the case and earbuds have not charged beyond 60%. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue by providing troubleshooting steps or offering a replacement. However, I have now succeeded in charging the case to 100%. I think this was achieved by using a different lead or leaving the case open while charging and/oI recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store, but I was experiencing an issue. After charging the case for over an hour with the earbuds inside, neither the case nor the earbuds charged beyond 60%. The media could not be loaded. The first pair I received arrived with multiple issues: 1/ The case arrived with an 84% charge but when I inserted the buds this dropped to 30% in less than 5 minutes. 2/ In use, one bud kept powering off every couple of minutes. 3/ When the buds are put into the case it lights up like a lighthouse and stays lit until the buds are removed. 4/ The buds are supplied with only 2 pairs of tips (small and smaller), and using the supplied tips, they sound thin and have absolutely no bass. (Not a fault per se, just an indication they are very cheaply made) Fortunately I had some spare tips which significantly improved the bass and overall sound quality. I've returned and re-ordered them and will (hopefully be able to) update my review accordingly. 10/02 upated for the 2nd pair. Fortunately this pair had none of the issues of the 1st pair (other than having having to use my own tips) so the problems seem to be with the supplier's quality control. However, I did a quick online search and found the identical product elsewhere at less than half the price.
