Got this version as it specifically states Magnesium Aspartate. When checking the ingredients its actually Magnesium Oxide, add to that there is no ingredient listing for B6.Very misleading description, this is a simple Magnesium/Zinc combo nothing else, should not be referenced as ZMA.Will stick to trusted brands in the future!

Made an average increase in R.E.M. sleep of around 20% (measured using my Apple Watch and Pillow app). Noticeable difference to quality of sleep
