Nintendo Amiibo - Detective Pikachu - Nintendo 3DS

This is the best Pikachu Amiibo. It unlocks really cool content in the Detective Pikachu game. It sits on my amibo shelf tall and proud. I can almost hear it whisper to me. Like Ryan Renelds is calling me like the green goblin mask

*Quarter and regular Pikachu Amiibo for scale* This is one heavy chungus with many uses! Bookend to keep your Pokemon DVDs from falling over. Doorstop to hold your bedroom door open so your Pokemon night light shines in from the hallway. Paperweight to keep your Pokemon cards from blowing away due to a Wing Attack. Duct tape him to a broom handle for a makeshift war hammer in case you can't afford coldsteel prices. Ward off evil spirit Pokemon. Hood ornament. Reflash his RFID and copy your work badge to him so you never lose it or forget it again. Practice the rock scene in Lion King where the monkey holds up Simba on your apartment balcony. Pound in some nails to hang your Pokemon posters. Put him in the washing machine with your laundry to make your own stonewashed jeans. Spare shuffleboard disc. (*not for regulation play) Smash a car window out to escape when you crash into a river. And many more!

They told me he was gonna be big. They didn’t tell me he was gonna be kaiju big. Great looking amiibo as expected from Nintendo. Works with the detective pikachu game by unlocking short movie clips showcasing pikachu doing stuff. Don’t have the game, just bought the amiibo for it’s awesomeness. This is way bigger than the zelda guardian amiibo too. As long as Nintendo keeps pumping out detailed high quality amiibos, I’ll keep buying them. Look how shocked princess peach is by the “size”

Pikachu is HUGE! Bigger than any other amiibo that I own. He feels very sturdy compared to my other amiibos. He's also detailed, and very cute. Definitely worth the purchase. Not sure what he actually adds to the game, but I was sold on the hat and the pose/expression.

This is a delightfully large statue like amiibo. Hat is made of fabric, quality seems on point and is well made. Only problem is that is biggest use in games is probably either as a smash brothers Pikachu (don’t take my word. I’m guessing here), and his actual use in the detective Pikachu game, where he unlocks all the pika-promts you missed in a finished level. While the promts are entertaining, this amiibo is definitely more statue than game item for me. Though.... with big time movie now coming out (and sequel already confirmed), maybe another detective Pikachu game will be in the works, or a remake for the switch. Maybe it would live on for use in those games as well. Though that’s just my speculation for possible future use

This is the cutest Amiibo I own, and larger than most. I bought it right away because I love Pokemon and it's just like having a mini Pikachu statue that has a function! Though to be fair I don't see too much use in the Amiibo as an actual Amiibo, so I use it much more as a cute figurine hehe.

I was wondering why it was so expensive; IT’S HUGE!!!! For you collectors, the box arrived without damage. It was packaged alone with bubble wrap. I had 3 other items shipped with this order, delivered same day, but they were packaged separately. It will be going in my son’s Easter basket so we can’t review the functionality of it until after Easter. I know he will be thrilled! He loves Amiibo!!!!! I knew he was going to be bigger and still I was surprised to see exactly how much bigger he was. My husband was really happy to have him though he is a big fan of Pokemon and Pikachu. I actually work for a certain gaming store that most people know of and for some reason our store didn't get the pre-orders the same day that Amazon had them so we went ahead and ordered them from Amazon to ensure we could get him!

Pikachu too huge pls nerf. In all seriousness, great amiibo. Great build quality. It really is quite large; this amiibo is larger then a joy con.

Está muy bonito y es más grande que otros amiibo Lamentablemente no es un amiibo para transportar sin embargo como adorno es perfecto Casi no se notan las uniones de los plásticos, tiene muy buenos detalles y que más puedo decir, es Pikachu detective Si no tienes el juego d detective Pikachu no compres el amiibo puesto que el amiibo es un complemento del juego qu edesbloquea escenas o más bien cinemáticas del juego y una que otra cosa en juegos de terceros compatibles con amiibo.

I purchased this for my gamer daughter not knowing how big this amiibo really is! wow, it's huge. and very pretty.

La calidad de este amiibo es expectacular, es el doble de uno convencional, los detalles son muy buenos. Es verdad que el precio igual es el doble de uno, pero siento que vale mucho la pena, sobre todo si eres un coleccionista.
