MiO Berry Pomegranate Liquid Water Enhancer Drink Mix (1.62 fl oz Bottle)

The Berry Pomegranate Mio flavor allows for just a bit of syrup/flavoring for a nice grape/pomegranate/"purple" taste. I don't slam my water with a deluge of the flavor, just a few squirts to give my 24oz water bottle some taste (which has gotten me to consume more water in general, a good thing).A few of the other flavors seem to require more of the substance to get a noticeable flavor, so getting the Berry P for $2.50-$3.50 a bottle is a good value, in my opinion. It seems a bit strong, so I can see how others might not like the flavor if a lot is used. However, it is much better than some other "flavor water options" that taste more like someone faintly yelling the name of a flavor from another room instead of actually having a distinct, identifiable taste like this Purple Mio.

So good and good for you. I could never drink the amount of water I need without it. Now instead of adding 25% of 100% fruit juice which I love but is unhealthy, I only add a splash for good measure. Not all the flavors are created equal, the Berry Pomegranate is best by far, and even when I use another flavor I still add an equal amount of this. I go through these, like water and it costs a lot more than my favorite juice used to but I did lose 40 lbs, in part because of switching to this and the high amount of water I consume. My doctors tell me to drink less water but you'd be surprised at the lengths one will go to avoid getting kidney stones again!

I was having trouble with my water intake I just wasn’t drinking water anymore because it was boring. Someone I know suggested I get MIO to add to my water which I did. I got the Berry Pomegranate flavor to add to my water so I did. I am now drinking between 72 ounces and 96 ounces daily because I add MIO.

If you dislike drinking water- this will completely change your mind. My son introduced me to this... a little squirt makes you feel like you’re drinking a yummy drink. Now I drink 6-8 glasses of water easily because this transforms the taste into something I can’t get enough of! I even mix 2 flavors and it tastes like a Dr. Pepper !Love these Mios!!

Way more cost effective than buying juice or soda.IMO this flavor is better than the Fruit Punch and about on par with Sweet Tea. The only difficulty is knowing how much to use - you have to time it since it comes out in squirts.
