You can put in a sealed container in the fridge.

Q: what about the caffeine content of these teas, anyone know?

I don't remember for certain as this was a gift so I can't just look at the container. But I think I picked this one because it was either caffeine free or had the least caffeine amount as my daughter-in-law suffers from migraines.
