After trying multiple gels high 5 are my favourite. Taste nice, nice consistency especially compared to other brands & right amount in the tube. Other gels give me a funky belly but never had any issue with these

Bottom line - I have found that High 5 Gels etc don't upset my stomach, are pretty tasty and seem to help me maintain my energy, I think the caffeine ones are better than the non-caffeine ones as wellHigh 5 seem to have changed the packaging as these ones came in a more "rigid" wrapper than before and they seem slightly more awkward to openRegardless - my go to Gels and will buy again

Great value for money. Going through marathon training I am using quite a few so the price was spot on. Ease to use on the run without having to wash my hands every time to get the sticky residue that you normally get with Inferior brands. Having the caffeine gel at the start of my run hit the mark about 40 minutes in and not overly sugary. Great Quality

Do the job well but the texture is not very nice but the flavour is ok. But that’s my preference

Since the packaging change, it's hard to get your mouth around to form a seal and the gel doesn't come out quick enough. Used 4 on a half marathon this morning. Shame. Used these for years.
