Not well insulated
I tested this cup with hot water: the cup is hot on the outside (hot on hands), which means that insulation is subpar. Afte 1 single hour, water no longer warm. Poor quality product (made in China).

Platic little bamboo
alot of plastic, very little bamboo. looks like its metal & was really disappointed to find it was painted plastic with a thin bamboo strip on the exterior. i returned it.

Everyday use...
It’s got good quality, it does reduce 85 percent of the original degree, which is great.
