We are moving cross country and want to make more room for our belongings when we pack them into our moving pod. I will say right up front that I was skeptical of these bags because I have used vacuum storage bags in the past and they always lost their seal. After reading reviews I decided they were worth a try. I am SO GLAD I ordered these! The bags are not expensive, a little more than $3 per bag (there were 3 large bags in my order). I folded up my queen sized comforter and placed it into the bag, making sure it didn't extend over the fill line clearly marked on the bag. There was still a lot of room in the bag, so I added my two pillow shams and two small accent pillows. These bags have dual thick zipper style threads. I wish they came with added zipper sliders but they didn't so we manually closed them all along the top of the bag. Then I unscrewed the black cap on top of the valve, added my vacuum hose to the valve and turned on my vacuum. Immediately the contents started to shrink. I found it helpful to gently push down on the contents as I was vacuuming out the air. Pretty soon all of the air was out and my bag was a fraction of the thickness it was before! I have never had a vacuum bag that had the screw on cap, and I think this is why these bags are so effective. The bag has been sitting for a week and it shows no signs of letting any air in. To conclude: Open bag. Add contents. Zip closed. Add vacuum to the valve and suck out air. Place cap on valve. Easy peasy! I love these and will be ordering more. UPDATE: I sealed my first jumbo sized bag a month ago and it is still completely intact and is not letting out any air. Today I received and packed up sweaters in the small bags and they are just as good. I love these bags!

These do the job very well. Better than expected. The black plastic zipper closer doesn't do much..it's more effective to slide your fingers down and zip shut both seals. these bags work very well. wore the minimal capital investment to get back your space.

The QUALITY of the plastic and the nozzle both - were hands and shoulders above Ziplocs which I have used for years and fail within a year. I got these b/c they seemed really reliable. And, the X Large holds many of my winter jackets! The second one I got holds heavy winter blankets perfectly. I was impressed. ALSO I found the customer service really great when I faced an issue. DO zip the closure - at least 4 times! I find that makes a difference.

Update on the product review: WOW! Is all I can say! I wrote a product review because I was so frustrated that one of the bags just would not seal. Well, the seller contact me and offered a FULL refund! Since I had passed the return window by a few months I figured that ship had sailed. I am impressed! So far only one of the bags holds its seal. One did not hold the seal even after three attempts to seal the bag. I am making a last attempt on the third bag to get it to seal. If it seals I will have 2 out 3 good seals. If not 🤪only one.

Wanted to store the blankets & sheets for my air mattress and keep moths out. Was hesitant they wouldn’t work and the vacuum wouldn’t seal them, but they worked great and made a lot of space in my closet.

I was able to fit 3-4 normal sized pillows into one bag. Holds an entire comforter plus sheet set. Can use your own vacuum which I like so you don’t need a separate pump or attachment. Not sure how they’re holding up after a year because they are in my shed.

Aber bis jetzt absolute Kaufempfehlung!! In den sieben Vakuumbeutel habe ich 9 Kissen, 1 Winterdecke und einen Matratzenüberzug.
