Mixed with a little milk and it’s 33 grams of protein. Tastes deliciouso!!! Only complaint is that it takes forever to blend smoothly. Blend for too short a time and it’ll still be clumpy. At least compared to other powders I tried. And this tastes WAY better!

Flavorful and full of essential vitamins

Not my favorite flavor of a product we know and love. We tried this flavor because the chocolate was out of stock, and no one of the 3 of us liked it. It is very chalky tasting to all of us, but we love the chocolate version? It didn't taste like strawberry quick milk at all as we had hoped.

Doctor recommended that I dink protein shakes daily, so I tried quite a few, Most were tolerable while others just taste bad. I was ready to drop it until I tried these. I've purchased four flavors and am on jar two for three of them. I would recommend Vanilla because one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of another flavor can improve the flavor. Example, vanilla and chocolate make milk chocolate, vanilla and strawberry for strawberry cream etc.
