Delightful, if you have appreciation for biscotti. This is my favorite snack with coffee now. I love the hardy texture, and slight sweetness with pops of tang. Don't expect a sugar bomb or cookie texture. I wouldn't order from Amazon during summer months though. This sat in an overheated vehicle all day... was literally warm when it arrived. Would likely get rancid soon.

So yummy and low cal. Not too sweet which is perfect. Too expensive

I have a difficult time eating hard things since I have sensitive gums… and several missing teeth. Since this is sliced thin, I can easily eat it. Delicious! I have started a low sodium diet and it's nice to have this as a treat.
