This is a really good monitor arm, I've used the grommet method where I drilled a small hole into my desk and then I hooked it up to my 34" Samsung Odyssey Ultrawide monitor, it working perfectly, its really easy to assemble only took me like 20 minutes. The adjustabilty is really smooth and easy even with a heavy monitor like mine and it has nice cable management holders so cables stay hidden

Bought this for a third monitor to add to my setup. Hold's a 24" monitor like it's made of feathers. Very easy to move around, sturdy design and very easy to assemble. Barely takes any space up. Would buy another if I needed to. Good value.

The monitor arm is Ok. It works, with a little bit of adjustment. It does feel very light and cheap. Firstly, the provided screws are too long and the spacers/washers are either too big for the smaller screws or not big enough for the big screws. I had to improvise and put a piece of wood behind the plate so that the screws fit securely. The smaller screws also have very flimsy plastic heads. I manged to damage one of the screw heads when tightening it, luckily it comes with a spare. Secondly, the monitor arm is very light and doesn't feel sturdy. This results in my monitor wobbling and bouncing around, even when I move my mouse or type on my keyboard. I'm still unsure whether I'm going to keep the monitor on the arm as the wobble is distracting, maybe I'll get used to it. It only cost £26 so I guess you get what you pay for. I may need to upgrade to a sturdier more expensive monitor arm. I'm mounting a 34" ultrawide monitor which weighs 6KG. The monitor arm can take 9KG apparently... I'm not sure it could cope with anything heavier than 6KG. Overall, it's Ok. It may prove to be a decent purchase if I can cope with the wobble.... or I may need to buy something sturdier, in which case, this was a waste of money!

Ich habe mir die BONTEC Monitor Halterung gekauft, weil mein Nacken aufgrund der ungünstigen Sitzposition langsam schmerzte (okay, und ich vielleicht langsam alt werde...) und der Standfuß meines Monitors unnötig viel Platz weggenommen hat. Da ich viel am PC arbeite, sollte endlich eine ergonomische Lösung her. Installation und Aufbau: Der Aufbau war überraschend einfach. Alles, was man braucht, ist dabei (inklusive der Schrauben für die VESA-Montage in 75x75 oder 100x100). Die Anleitung ist klar und verständlich. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten war der Arm am Schreibtisch befestigt und der Monitor daran montiert. Die Klemme hält bombenfest an meiner Schreibtischplatte und dank Gummierung wird das Holz dabei nicht in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Absolut kein Hexenwerk! Funktion und Ergonomie: Das Highlight ist ganz klar die Gasdruckfeder. Der Monitor "schwebt" jetzt quasi. Man kann ihn mit einer Handbewegung hoch, runter, näher ran oder weiter weg schieben. Das Neigen und Drehen funktioniert ebenfalls sehr geschmeidig. Endlich kann ich den Bildschirm exakt auf meine Augenhöhe einstellen – der Nacken (und das Alter...) danken es mir! Optik und Platz: Mein Schreibtisch sieht jetzt viel aufgeräumter aus, weil der klobige Standfuß weg ist. Das Kabelmanagement am Arm ist ebenfalls äußerst praktisch und lässt das Kabelchaos verschwinden. Wichtig: Man kann die Federkraft mit dem Inbusschlüssel auf das Gewicht des Monitors (3-9 kg) einstellen, sodass er in jeder gewünschten Position hält und nicht absinkt. Fazit: Ich bin restlos begeistert. Die Halterung ist stabil, flexibel und hat mein Arbeitsleben deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Für den Preis eine absolute Kaufempfehlung - vor allem für diejenigen, die viel Zeit am Schreibtisch verbringen oder scheinbar einfach wie ich alt werden. ;-) Gesamtbewertung: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Sterne)
