Since there is no sugar or aspartame, how is it sweetened? What are all the ingredients?

Xylitol which is horrible for your gut. It’s better to have a little sugar in the gum.

Does this gum have 2 or 70 carbs? Internet says 2 on one sight and 70 on another. Hard to believe there would be 70 in a little chicklet!

The packaging is in Russian ( I’m assuming) with English translation side by side on ingredients . It says it has 73 g carbohydrate per 100 grm ( serving ) not an expert but it should be 100\ 73 then by 10( there are 10 pieces a pack )

Good for heath, bad for flavor.

Noticeably harder than normal chewing gum, but not as hard as specially jaw exercising kinds. Works well as a wet dental wax replacement for braces & such do to being harder.. Favor is short lasting & a bit mineraly, if you have ever tasted mastic you know the flavor. Don't get this unless you are geeking about its potential oral health benefits.

Item was packaged well and arrived quickly but it was not palatable. Started out chalky and crumbly then got really dense. I threw it away.
