The taste is very green but I can feel the difference after drinking it. If you want a thicker smoother consistency mix it and rest it for a few minutes to remove the powder taste all together. Otherwise it taste a little bit like powder if you drink it right after mixing it. I had no side effects to it. As stated It mixes well. And I feel energized after drinking it a few times. It amount is okay. Like any of these products the container won’t be full.

Someone at work told me about this product. The flavored one is too sweet and this one taste bland however, everything that’s healthy for you will not taste great so I add fresh or frozen fruit to mine for a little taste. This is good product that has lasted me several months I highly recommend this product for meal supplements and it eases stomach issues. It is decently priced and easy to use

Tastes good. The bottle comes with a spoon which is buried inside. Found it after like 1 or 2 weeks.
