I got this agility ladder to help my kids with training for soccer season. My 7 year old loves it and it’s made training more fun for him. I just hit YouTube for videos on which exercises to do. It’s lightweight and easy to carry in the bag that it comes with. The quality is superb and should last pretty much forever. It was a great buy!

Excellent product. My daughter uses it for goalie training but both of my kids like playing with it in the yard. Not sure what else you could ask for in an agility ladder.
