I have only been taking it for one week. Albeit, DO NOT take it late in the evenings after 5 or 6 pm. If you do, be prepared to have a few frequent visits to the restroom during night hours when you should be fast asleep. Nonetheless, try to take 2 during lunch time. Lastly, I'm starting to feel better as I continue to urinate more frequently throughout the day. It feels like I'm being cleansed of unwanted toxins.

This product is a cheap way to improve your Kidney's health. Before I starting taking Kidney Restore, my average, daily Creatinine [Cr] level was about 1.25 The corresponding, calculated, Glomerular Filtration Rate [GFR] is about 65. Only OK, in my opinion. After I took 2-3 capsules of Kidney Restore, my next day's Creatinine level is about 0.94, or less. The corresponding calculated, GFR is 90+ A good level, for healthy Kidney function..

I purchased this product as I had seen it recommended on U-Tube by a person that took the product and said he had positive results. For me, it did not work, and in my case actually made me ill. I tried it and was ill, went off the product and I started to feel better. It took several days to have it out of my system Went back on it and back to a flu like symptoms. I am only reporting this as I thought it would not have any negative symptoms, but for me it does not work.....
