Russian Amber Imperial Insta-Thick, 8.8 fl. oz. (260 ml)

I love the scent of Amber and this line of Philip B is so fragrant and luxurious! I have very fine wavy shoulder length hair and I use this as my secret weapon on days when I have to go somewhere [or be seen on Zoom] and look in the mirror and wonder in dismay-- what happened here?!?! I don't use it as a wet product but more on a second day or third day to revive my 'do. I agree that it is expensive for a hair spray or dry shampoo that you would use on a daily basis, but it doesn't take very much product to achieve the desired results, the can lasts a long time and I save mine for "hair emergencies". The comments about leaving your hair feeling dry and hard to comb or brush, the answer is pretty much the same for regular hairspray--you are probably using too much product to begin with. Hair 101: you need to gently work your hands through your hair starting with the back of your neck and release the "hold" before you start brushing from the top.

Work great but there are more options out there that aren’t as expensive

I ordered this product based on the reviews and an ad I saw. I love this product! I have fine hair but I'm told I have a lot of it. It is pin strait and rarely holds a style all day long. I've tried tons of products trying to get some volume and fullness. While some have worked a little this product overwhelmingly out performed anything else I've tried. It's a bit like spaying some kind of powder in your hair and I didn't care for the smell but it dissipates quickly. I got great volume and fullness and my style held all day. It didn't make my hair sticky or stiff like some of the other products I've tried. I will definitely buy this product again.

I have thin, fine, wavy hair. It worked well to give lift & volume. The only thing I did not care for was the smell and the price.

Not a huge hairspray user but this spray really smells great. That is my favorite part about it. Also does do it's job thickening hair. All their products are pricey, but you get what you pay for sometimes.

Really love the scent of this product plus it does add the volume it promised

This product contains hydro fluorocarbons as its main ingredient. HFCs are not typically used in hair care products, and it is essential to use products specifically formulated and tested for safe use on hair for several specific reasons: 1. Chemical Composition: HFCs are volatile organic compounds designed for industrial use, such as refrigeration and aerosol propellants. Their chemical properties are not suited for direct application to the human body, including hair. 2. Skin and Eye Irritation: Direct exposure to HFCs can cause irritation to the skin and eyes. Products designed for hair care are formulated to avoid these adverse effects, while HFCs do not meet these safety criteria. 3. Toxicity Concerns: Although HFCs are less toxic than some other refrigerants (like chlorofluorocarbons), they can still pose health risks if inhaled or if they come into contact with skin over prolonged periods. Hair products are formulated to avoid such risks. 4. Environmental Impact: HFCs contribute to global warming and have a significant environmental footprint. Using HFCs in personal care products would not only be unnecessary but also environmentally irresponsible. 5. Product Formulation: Hair care products are designed to nourish, protect, and style hair. Ingredients are carefully chosen to achieve these goals. HFCs do not provide any benefits for hair health or styling, making them unsuitable for inclusion in hair care formulations.

This product is "the bomb" for holding hair in a style.

Does not give any extra volume at all and makes my hair very dry and brittle to the touch.
