I originally purchased a different item that i personally found it worked but very difficult to use. I never requested anything as i am one of those people who i bought it, tried it, didn't like it but im not going to return it because its not there fault it was almost impossible for me. Eventhough this is a extremely large company and i am just one of the hundreds of thousands of people who bought this product they reached out to me in person disappointed that i didn't like the product and offered to send me a different model they felt would work better for me. WHO DOES THIS! I've been management for 15 years and i have Never seen a big company go out of there way to satisfy myself. These guys get a 100 stars from me!!! What else can i say awesome product and customer service. I have bought more of these and will only ever use this company. Ps these are the best thing i've ever tried to help me breathe at night

Confortable et facile à utiliser. Aide vraiment à mieux respirer, surtout la nuit ou pendant le sport.
