Roxy Women's Oceanside Pant

I have been searching for a nice beach friendly linen type pant. This isn't it, but it's still a nice pant!I'm 5'9 / 165-170lb ordered LargeI love the length of these pants and I think they're flattering and comfortable. The seams are not too bulky but walking a lot on a hot day can leave my inner thighs a little chaffed. They are not as breathable as I was hoping for hot weather. My biggest complaint is that they have a VERY low waist. It sits over a hand width below my belly button and I feel like my behind is exposed when I'm standing, so forget about sitting or bending over! My best use is spring/fall or a cool summer day/evening with a long shirt and flip flops.

Ordered a small and fit perfectly in the waist with just the right amount of xtra room for comfort but the legs were really long so those will need to be hemmed. However, there is a bigger problem. After wearing the pants for a couple of hours, I started to realize the fabric was rather itchy. I really love these pants, esp. cuz they are low-waisted! I luv em & really wanna keep em so I'm figuring out a way to sew a lightweight inner liner using nylon fabric so my skin doesnt touch the fabric. Quite a pain but thats how much I love these pants. Be aware of the itchy fabric, especially if your skin is sensitive.*Edit Found shorts that are a very light nylon fabric to wear under the pants so my skin wouldnt touch the itch fabric but the pants are still too itchy. Just can't do it. Unfortunately, I have to return. So so sad. Its hard for me to find pants I really love! If the company would change the fabric to 50/50 cotton/linen, these pants would rock! I'd buy one in every color. :)

5’7” and 130, shorter-waisted with longer legs. Bought the medium. I love how these fit and look! I don’t buy pants which aren’t low-rise and they seem to be a disappearing breed these days, so I was excited to find these. But WHOA are these low-rise, even for me! Depending on your build they could almost be illegal lol. Also take care with the color you choose because they could look like hospital scrub bottoms.

This is my second pair. The first pair (purchased in a surf shop) held up very well after two years, so I ordered another in a new color. They elongate you so are flattering. They have a long leg so you may need platform sandals or an alteration if you have shorter legs. The waistband is not constricting and is comfortable. Be aware: These pants sit low, like hip huggers. If you prefer pants with a mid or high waistband, you may not like these. I personally like the feel of a hip hugger pant in the heat however, to avoid additional layers heating up my midsection. These pants and a long loose-fit linen tank top is one of my "go to" outfits in the Florida summer.

I admit, it was my fault for not looking at the measurements before ordering. These are VERRRRY low rise which I absolutely adore, but at my current weight 5’8., 225lbs, these were very snug. I am able to squeeze into them but I have to wear long and high waisted bike shorts under so that my butt isn’t exposed when sitting on the floor or anywhere. If these came in a slightly larger size (I got an XL) these would be perfect. That said, it you have a flat Stomach and wide hips that are less that 42” these Xl pants will look amazing. I would read the measurements carefully as they are spot on. The length was okay for me but I wouldn’t mind if they were an inch or so longer. Overall very nice quality, thickness and breathablity. The fabric is thick and high quality like linen. Would definitely recommend.

Good fabric, well made but must keep in mind that it is low rise.

The waist sits lower on my hips than I normally like, but this is a nice pant. I love the fabric; it's very comfortable in these hot summer days. Also, the pockets are a good size (they look smaller in the photos). The small is a bit tight, but I think the medium would be too baggy for the style; if in doubt, though, I'd recommend sizing up. I wouldn't buy this again, but I like it too much to return, if that makes any sense. ^__^

I did not realize this pant was low rise. They are very cute and I wear them a lot. Washing did not shrink. Fit is great. Love that the inseam fits me! (I wear 31” inseam minimum) I would order in another color if long inseam still available.

De var otroligt fina, skulle rekommendera att ta sin riktiga storlek. De är också skit lågmidjade vilket är assnyggt men ja var medveten om det. Tog storlek XS och är 162 cm och de satt perfekt kanske lite för lösa men inget som stör mig då jag är ganska så smal
