Regarding the dictionary
The dictionary is very good. It is very useful for phonetics students and transcribing words. Dictionary for every home
In my opinion not pronouncing in british or American way does stop anyone doing their day to day task. I accidentally came across this in bookshop where they had only damaged copy and quick previewing impressed me. Have added to my collection now

This is an excellent product which I like.
I received this book yesterday. It was so good as I had anticipated. I like it. The colour used inside the dictionary is not so good for me. The colour in the 17th edition is the best. No matter what the colour is but then we need to learn to articulate the word correctly. We also need to know the parts of speech used for the word too. There is also lots more stuff to know about.

The book has a paper binding like other regular books. It comes with a cd. I'm very happy with the purchase. It is the latest edition too :-)

Useful and handy.
Very useful to English teachers who rarely need to see the meaning of a word but there are words with unusual pronunciation. It is light enough to carry around the school.

Excellent Dictionary for Pronounciation
Wow, i love this dictionary with the CD. The introduction in the dictionary is excellent that will help provide learners with basic phonetics. Also, both BritEng & NAmEng pronunciation options are easily made available. The most interesting part is the CD: after you install it in your pc or laptop, you can practice pronouncing words & learn each phonetic transcription.

I received the book promptly, but its condition was poor. The front cover had a noticeable bend, making it unsuitable as a gift.
