One of the best X-Men comic book series of 2000s
This is THE definitive modern X-Men i grew up with. I respect the legendarily creators Stan Lee & Jack Kirby and the creative teams like John Byrne, Roy Thomas, Len Wein, and especially Chris Claremont, but when i think about X-Men, i've always thinking about Astonishing X-Men by Joss Whedon and the late John Cassaday (rest in peace, sweet prince) They got their improvement uniforms (which's wayyyyy better than Jim Lee's 1990s outdated costumes), the storylines are good, and the artworks are soooooooooooo beautiful, Laura Martin knows to make the colors look gorgeous, the whole thing feels tight and cinematic from start to finish. It's amazing X-Men run and i love this so much, highly recommended Side note: This gets 4 stars because my comic almost got damaged, the case back cover of comic book has a bad condition, the delivery person really need to be careful with comic books, these comics are not cheap.
