I lived in the South Pacific for almost 40 years. Anchor Milk was what almost everyone used . It is great to be able to use just what is needed, and to make it as thick and creamy or not, as you like. It is from New Zealand, which produces the best milk in the world….the cows are pastured through life, with access to plenty of grass and freedom.
