expensive urine
I honestly cant say it's amazing. Was on day one when I went from lifting 50 kgs each hand incline bench press above my head 10 times to being able to do 17 times. Then a couple weeks later dropped back to 10. I stopped taking it and then tried again couple weeks later. nope nothing. I have bought 5 of these and now I see zero gain. It's literally just expensive urine.
